CUP/POT/BOWL NOODLE SEALING PROCESS FLOW CHART

PROCESS	DESCRIPTION
	Operator fills up the Cup Supply Chute with empty cups or bowls → Automatic Cup Supply: “No noodle no cup”.
	Cup-on-Block System：Cups are hold by vacuum suction at the bottom → Cups cover the noodles → The whole unit is turned over → release the cups into the Pallet Conveyor.
	Adding seasoning sachets, powder and/or forks.
	Automatic Lid Supply & Placement: “No noodle no lid”.
	Lid Sealing: Lids are seal with heat sealers.
	Lid Testing: Products with lid-sealing failure are rejected automatically.
	Product Discharge: The final products are pushed up in the aluminum pallets and discharged from the Pallet Conveyor → top chain conveyor → shrink wrapping station (or boxing station)
*The actual process parameters, relevant data and information, such as noodle weight, noodle size, cup material and cup size, etc. need to be provided by the client and act as the basis for the sealing machine planning.
