The function for Kansui Mixing Tank is to mix salt, sodium carbonate (soda ash), or other soluble ingredients with water, and blend well until the powder solution is completed dissolved. The kansui (lye water / alkaline solution) is prepared beforehand for the dough making in the Flour Mixing Machine.
FEATURES
● Hygienic: Stainless steel pipes with clamp connections, and pneumatic ball valve. All area that has direct contact with food product is made of stainless steel or food grade materials.
● Two sets of Mixing Tanks, with automatic feeding control for kansui (lye water / alkaline solution), on the principle of "first in, first out".
PROCEDURE
● From the control panel, the operator activates the water feed, and add the solution powder into the Kansui Mixing Tank, and then starts the mixing.
● In the case of the Batch Type Flour Mixer, the completed kansui is automatically pumped into the Kansui Weighing Tank.
● In the case of the Continuous Flour Mixer, the completed kansui is automatically pumped to the Temporary Storage Tank for Kansui.
