Kansui Weighing Tank is only used in the Batch Type Flour Mixing System. The main function is to provide the Flour Mixing Machine with fixed amount of kansui (lye water / alkaline solution) for every batch.

FEATURES

●  Hygienic: Stainless steel pipes with clamp connections, and pneumatic ball valves. All area that has direct contact with food product is made of stainless steel or food grade materials.

●  Automatic liquid level control to maintain accurate solution dosing. Built-in interlock system in the PLC programming, to avoid overflow or insufficient solution supply, and to maintain the dough quality.
