The standard Dough Sheet Forming Machine consists of three sets of rollers. From the Dough Conveyor, the dough falls down and enters into Roller No.1 and Roller No. 2 at the same time. With help from the Dough Pusher Plate, two dough sheets are formed, overlay on the belt conveyor and enter into Roller No. 3 to be combined into one single sheet. There is another way of Dough Sheet Forming which uses only one single set of roller to transform the dough into dough sheet, and the subsequent rollers gradually make the dough sheet thinner and stronger.

●  Safety: Emergency Stop Wire is fitted above the Rollers and the Emergency Stop Button on the control panel.

●  Hygiene: All area that has direct contact with food product is made of stainless steel or food grade materials.

●  The Rollers are made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel or high chromium alloy steel which is high in hardness, durable and resist rust better.

●  Improved design of drive mechanism for the Dough Pusher Plate reduces the vibration during the dough pushing, and extend the life of the parts.

●  The dial indicators on the Dough Sheet Adjustment Handwheel offers reference during manual setting the dough sheet thickness.

●  Options: One Metal Detector Conveyor can be added after the Sheet Forming Machine. When metal is detected, the machine stops and the operator removes the contaminated dough sheet.
