The packing system for instant noodle production line is classified into wrapping for bag noodles and sealing of cup or bowl noodles. The procedure for noodle packaging system may vary from case to case, but usually in the following order:
● Packing for bag noodles: Wrapping with seasoning sachets → wrapping into big bags → casing → box stacking on the pallet → pallet wrapping → warehouse.
● Sealing for cup or bowl noodles: Cup or bowl sealing machine cooperating with dispenser machine for seasoning sachet, powder and/or fork → sealed.

Except for the cup or bowl sealing machine, every process is executed by induvial machines, such as pillow wrapper, case packing and sealing machine, shrink wrapping machine, etc. We have a number of suppliers to work with and arrange the layout according to customer’s need.  On the other hand, the cup or bowl sealing machine requires customized design and manufacturing to be able to connect with the production line equipment.
