The main components for the Dough Conveyor is a belt conveyor and the Delumper shaft. The completed dough after mixing falls on the belt and rests while being shifted towards slowly the outlet. At the end of the belt conveyor, the Delumper shaft breaks the bigger lumps and the dough falls down into the Sheet Forming Machine.

FEATURES

●  Safety: The cleaning door on the hopper is fitted with safety switches. The machine stops if the door is opened during production.

●  Hygiene: All area that has direct contact with food product is made of stainless steel or food grade materials. Cleaning door is provided for cleaning access. In the case of Batch Type Mixing, a ladder and platform is also provided for cleaning the big hopper.

●  Improved design of motor assembly to reduce the time for changing the conveyor belt.

●  Polycarbonate cover provided in the Delumper area allows visible observation on the working condition of the Delumper.

●  PLC programming with sensor detection, to control the conveyor speed. When the dough is full on the Sheet Forming Machine, the Dough Conveyor stops automatically until the dough level becomes low.
