The standard Continuous Dough Sheet Pressing Roller consists of 6 ~ 7 sets of rollers, the Slitter (Shredder) and the Waving Conveyor at the outlet. After being pressed and stretched continuously, the gluten in the dough becomes strong and the thickness of dough sheet gradually reduces with uniformity. Finally, the dough sheet is slit (shredded), becomes continuous noodle strings with waves and is divided into several lanes.

● Easy Operation: HMI interface offers immediate access to the production status, parameter setting, failure diagnosis and trouble shooting.
● Automation: Roller speed and dough sheet tension is regulated automatically with the sheet height detection sensor, invertor and PLC programming.
● The Rollers are made of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel or high chromium alloy steel which is high in hardness, durable and resist rust better.
● The dial indicators on the Dough Sheet Adjustment Handwheel offers reference during manual setting the dough sheet thickness.
● Options: Additional belt conveyors can be added between each Rollers, to provide support when dough sheet entering each Roller at the beginning of production.
PROCEDURE
● The operator starts the Dough Conveyor, Dough Sheet forming Machine and the Continuous Dough Sheet Pressing Roller. When the dough sheets are formed in the Dough Sheet Forming Machine, the operator removes the broken sheet in the beginning section, and put the dough sheet through each Rollers.
● When the dough sheet passes smoothly through all the Rollers, the operator checks the dough sheet condition and makes minor adjustment, to maintain the dough sheet at proper height.
● During continuous production, the operator monitors the dough sheet thickness, waving condition and lane dividing condition, and make adjustment if required.
