The standard type of Multi-Stage Noodle Steamer has 3 stages. Customization for 5-Stage Steamer is also available. The main components of the Steamer are the Outer Mesh Conveyor, Inner Mesh Conveyor, Steamer Chamber, and Exhaust Hoods at the inlet and the outlet. From the Waving Conveyor, the continuous wavy noodles are transferred onto the Steamer Mesh Conveyor, enters the Steamer Chamber, and are cooked with saturated steam. Each stage has one thermometer for monitoring the heating condition. Individual steam supply is available for every stage to optimize the steaming efficiency. The Steamer Chamber is equipped with heat insulation to reduce the heat lost for energy saving.

● Safety: The chamber doors has heat insulation for protection. Safety pins are provided to prevent the doors from falling down when the doors are open.
● Hygiene: All area that has direct contact with food product is made of stainless steel or food grade materials.

● The material for Steamer Mesh Conveyor is upgraded to Stainless Steel 316, to extend the life of the mesh. This helps the mesh to resist the corrosion form the salt inside the enclosed space inside the Steamer Chamber.

● Improved design of the Exhaust Hoods to reduce steam leakage.

● Options: If there are particular restrictions for layout of the exhaust ducts, and may hamper the steam exhaust, it is recommended to add blowers to the exhaust ducts.
PROCEDURE
● The operator starts the Steamer Mesh Conveyor and opens the main steam valves to fill the Steamer Chamber with steam. After the noodles enter the Steamer, the operator monitors the temperature at each stage and adjust the steam valve accordingly.
