The Multi-Stage Noodle Dryer mainly consists of one basket conveyor, several high-volume blowers, and drying chamber and exhaust ducts. The Dryer is heated up with the circulation of hot air flow through the heat exchanger, blowers and the drying chamber. The noodle blocks sit in the drying baskets and travel through several stages until the require drying result is achieved. The moisture is released to the exhaust ducts. Customization is available for individual temperature control of every stage, and automation of the damper setting.

PROCEDURE
● Operator starts the Multi-Stage Noodle Dryer, the blowers and the heating system.
● Once the noodles reach to the Dryer, it is required to remove manually the defective noodle blocks or those do not sit in baskets properly. During production, the operator takes samples to monitor the moisture content depending on the production requirement from the client factory.
